We had such an amazing experience with Chef Nick! We hired him as a private chef for the evening, and everything from the food to the overall experience exceeded our expectations. He prepared queso, crab cakes, short rib, and a flourless chocolate cake, and every single course was incredible. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and genuinely one of the highlights of our evening. The short rib and chocolate cake were especially unforgettable! Beyond the food, Nick was wonderful to work with. We had to make a few adjustments to our timing and plans, and he was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and easygoing throughout the entire process. He made everything feel seamless and allowed us to simply enjoy the evening. We could not recommend Chef Nick more highly and would absolutely hire him again. Chef Nick made my husband’s birthday so special! It was my first time hiring a private chef, and he made the process from start to finish so easy and stress free. I had a Viking theme for my husband’s birthday, and chef was more than up for the challenge to cater meals and desert to stick within the theme. I’m also Scandinavian so it meant a lot that he took so much care in the meals he planned. He researched an authentic cake that Vikings ate and recreated it with his own spin. That was so special. I would 100000000000 % hire Nick again. Such an amazing guy and phenomenal food artist. Thank you again Chef for everything!
