Chef Nirva did not disappoint AT ALL. She cooked an amazing dinner for my 20 family members and friends for my 50th birthday. Everything was tasty. My guests couldn’t stop talking about the meal. The snapper was amazing along with the stew chicken (my 2 favs) the entire meal was fantastic. I’m so happy that I chose Chef Nirva. Her and her husband were amazing.

We hired Chef Nirva for a small wedding dinner (party of 12). We had cocktail hour, apps, main course and dessert. The food, flavors, sauces and presentation were AMAZING! We had a couple vegetarians and I was afraid they’d have bland options, but they loved her creations. I can’t say enough good things about Chef Nirva - her professionalism, her menu options won’t disappoint. She took the ordination extraordinary. I look forward to working with her again!
Chef Nirva came to the Poconos and provided my family and I with a wonderful experience. I didn’t realize how much time it would give me to connect with everyone by leaving things to a professional. I didn’t want to have to think about anything and chef Nirvas creativity made that possible. The menu options she provided were expansive, creative, and also seasonal. Everyone raved about the food, said it was worth the experience, and said they would absolutely do it again. She was also able to accommodate for a flax allergy and gluten sensitivity. I would highly recommend!
Nirva made my private dinner party a huge success. She was incredibly professional and communicative. She and her colleague William provided incredible service. Not only was the food amazing and so delicious but they cleaned up perfectly. I will be using her over and over again. Trust me when i say work with Nirva. Chef Nirva was amazing! She was right on time and went to work in our air b n b kitchen. The 4 course meal we chose was excellent! It was really hard to decide as her whole menu looked delicious. She explained each course and was such a pleasure to have cook for us! I highly recommend her services!

Nirva gave me a “basic skills” cooking class ahead of me going off to grad school. She was punctual, prepared and really accommodated my needs. For example, because I won’t have much time in school, she focused on teaching me versatile techniques that I could use to make various dishes in a way that is both tasty and quick. Highly recommend!

Nirva and a bomb chef and person. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about nutrition and cooking. She taught me step by step instructions preparing 2 very tasty dishes. I’m so ready to prepare these meals myself now.
We had a casual get-together and chef Meade is a good meal with some attention to training. We have a delightful birthday affair.
