Chef Novo and his team catered an intimate 20 person dinner, a 200 person rehearsal dinner and another 150 person brunch for us over the last four days. Chef and his team created delicious meals for us each time - our guests were blown away by the food options, the beautiful presentations and the enormous variety. We accommodated everything from vegans to omnivores and it was all great. Would highly, highly recommend Chef Novo and his team.

Chef Novo was fantastic! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was very professional throughout the entire experience. The petite steak he prepared was absolutely amazing, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef.
Chef Novo did an amazing job of providing our family of 26, an incredible meal that was loved by all. They especially loved the prime rib! We will certainly be contacting Chef Novo in the future for any of our family party needs!
My husband celebrated my birthday by having Chef Novo prepare a six-course meal for eight of us at our home. It was nothing short of extraordinary! Chef Novo arrived in plenty. of time, fully prepared and even added a charcuterie platter for us to enjoy before dinner while we toasted with Champagne. All the courses were special and presented in unique, creative ways. Everyone enjoyed the meal. And Chef Novo and his assistant, Wendy, were thoughtful and present without being overly present. And they left the kitchen absolutely spotless. I would definitely look forward to experiencing Chef Novo's culinary artistry again!
Chef Novo provided an incredible 2 day, 6 meal, experience at our home. He was able to work around our dietary restrictions while providing an amazing flavorful experience across a variety of cuisines. He and his assistant were professional, courteous and kept to themselves as they worked in the kitchen, but Chef Novo was also very friendly and generous in explaining how the dishes were made. Whether you choose the dishes, or require his suggestions, either way they will come out perfect. We will be using him again soon!
Dinner with Chef Novo was a fabulous addition to our family trip to Florida. He was very easy to communicate with, crafted a beautiful and delicious menu, was early day of and served every course with a smile on his face. You can tell he loves what he does! The photos speak for themselves :)

Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and flowed perfectly into the next, with great flavors and just the right portions. You could really tell how much care went into everything.
