Oct 2025 — Chef Julian and his team were superb ! His response to emails, his explanation of what to expect on the event day, and the quality of the food and service were fantastic. Our group of 11 was impressed all around and would recommend this experience to everyone !

It was an absolute pleasure from the start working with this group. The communication was exceptional and prompt & he answered a ton of questions as I was new to this experience. The food was amazing, staff was professional. We asked for some custom adjustments to the menu to accommodate a pretty healthy, clean crowd, and there was no hesitation. The stress of throwing a party is real, and I was doing this for a friend for a 70th birthday. I wanted everything to be perfect and they did not disappoint! From initial interview to final cleanup, this experience was seamless. Thank you to Chef Segreto for a wonderful night!
We used Chef Segreto at our intimate wedding and it’s was amazing. We had it in Key Largo and his professionalism gave us comfort that our guests would have food actually arrive and be cooked (South Florida can be tough with people being flaky and then add the Keys to it, forget it). One of our guests wa professional trained as a chef and two other outstanding cooks, Chef Segreto passed with flying colors. Food was divine and can actually cook fish without over cooking it. He was amazing
Everything was fantastic! The chef and server showed up on time and were easy to communicate with. The food was delicious and it was so appreciated that they came with their own dinnerware. It was the perfect way to kick off a girls weekend in Miami!
Our bachelorette party in Miami had a great start due to hiring private Chef Segreto for the first night at the AirBnB. Chef Segreto offers an incredible variety of choices that allowed us to design a menu of delicious tapas for a group of 9 girls. He was responsive over emails and it was easy to book and confirm. On the day of, Chef is punctual, professional and had great energy. There was more than enough food for everyone. Some of the food was a bit on the salty side but overall everyone thought the food was good! We are happy to have had Chef Segreto and would recommend him for bachelorette parties in Miami!
We used Chef Segreto for a community seated dinner party with passed hors d'oeuvres for 80 people. Chef Julian was amazing to work with from start to finish. He helped us develop a great menu within our budget, and the food was exceptional. During the planning process, Chef Julian was flexible, helpful, responsive and professional. The food was prepared on site and the service was first class. His staff was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The value for this catered dinner exceeded our already high expectations. We would highly recommend Chef Segreto for any event. We have already booked Chef Segreto for our dinner party next year!

Chef Segreto and his team were amazing!! He even was so nice to start our dinner later than expected since guests arrived late from the airport. I planned a 50th birthday dinner for my husband at a private home in Ft. Lauderdale. This dinner was out of town, so I had to trust the reviews for a private chef. Chef Segreto responded quickly and communicated clearly regarding his services and prices. He tailored the menu for me as well, recommending alternative options that would go well with the other selections. He arrived on time and dinner was ready as indicated. The food was simply delicious. The presentation was lovely as well. My guests stated that was the best Mahi Mahi that they ever had. He prepared enough that there was food leftover, which we surely ate a few hours later. Chef Sagreto has a warm, pleasant personality! He and his Sous Chef were extremely professional. Of course he cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I absolutely highly recommend him!

Everything was perfect. Very professional team and they came on time and served everything to perfection. They made the best of the lack of utensils we had. Chef Segreto was very accommodating to our choices and budget and made the best of the options to match it as well. This was my main course in the picture below. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
If you are considering hiring Chef Segreto, please do yourself a favor and book him NOW! I can't thank him enough for making my birthday dinner (during covid-19) a night I will never forget. The service was beyond amazing and the food impressed us all! Everything tasted delicious. If anything stayed on the plate it was only because we were too full to continue eating! They even set the table for us. At the time I hired him because it was the safest way to celebrate during the madness of the pandemic. However, now that I have had this experience with Chef Segreto, I may never leave the house for a fancy meal again!
Julian Privided a beautiful taco bar buffet (w hot grilled meats) for our 3 hour contractors appreciation open house. He was so responsive in all communication leading up to the event. Accommodating all changes we needed. Showed up well in advance and had friendly but professional staff to set up prepare , serve , and clean up. We will definitely hire him for our next event!
