We booked Shine as a private chef for my husband’s birthday, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had. I sent her a list of all of his favorite foods and asked if she could include hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail. She came back with the most incredible custom four-course menu, complete with two delicious hors d’oeuvres and the best jalapeño blackberry margarita. Every course was beautifully presented and absolutely restaurant quality. The food was outstanding, but what really made the evening special was how effortless she made everything feel. She worked quietly and efficiently in the kitchen, and somehow left it even cleaner than when she arrived. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, including beautifully printed birthday menus and even a candle for my husband, which made the evening feel so personal and special. Shine was warm, flexible, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and would absolutely book her again for another special occasion. Chef Shine was amazing! She was so professional, her food was AMAZING, and i’m so happy I went with her. It was for a family gathering and Chef Shine went above and beyond from working with me to curate an amazing menu, pretty plating, and cooking really delicious food. My experience working with Shine was exceptional, from the first message she sent, to helping me create a curated menu for my boyfriend’s Italian themed dinner for his birthday. Shine was very professional and kept consistent and clear communication with us as we changed the format of the dinner. Everyone at the birthday dinner loved the meal and wanted her information for their next events. I would absolutely recommend working with Shine and plan on doing so again! Pics of food unfortunately not taken since we scarfed everything so quickly.

She even brought her flowers which was very sweet, all her set up, service and food was delicious all the family was very happy with the food :) it was a pleasure having them in our place! From the get-go, Chef Shine's communication was prompt and professional. She arrived on time and prepared a fantastic four-course meal right in our kitchen, bringing all the necessary ingredients and cookware. The food's taste and presentation were top-notch, making it a truly special evening. Chef Shine also brought a sommelier who served and provided insightful information about the wine, adding an extra touch of elegance to the dinner. They even prepared tea and coffee for us at the end of the meal. Before leaving, they cleaned up the kitchen and took all their trash, leaving the place spotless.
