Chef Sierra is incredible! From our first contact on Thumbtack she was responsive, professional, helpful and is an expert! She cooked and gave a wonderful experience for my wife’s 40th birthday party for 12 women. It’s not just amazing food, it really was the whole experience that all the women raved about! Hey, I’m Chef Sierra Symone. After attending Bradford Culinary School in 2013 and Owens Culinary School in 2015, SiSi’s Pop Up Catering was established. I am also the owner of Rare Savory Taste Kitchen, established in 2024 in Toledo, Ohio. I have revamped restaurants, elevating their menu with new recipes and perfect pairing cocktails. My passion has always been in the kitchen and creating memorable times with those I love while enjoying amazing food. My mission is to provide exquisite personal chef and event catering experiences. I am equipped to service all your catering and personal chef desires! SiSi’s The Food Truck was established in 2021. Serving statewide in Ohio from 2021-2023. Chef Si provided my sister’s bachelorette party of 11 women an experience we’ll never forget. She came to our Airbnb and prepared an amazingly delicious and beautiful spread of various dishes, all of which were high quality AND so so so good. She was stealthy in her prep, presentation, and cleanup. There were PLENTY of leftovers (all of which were eaten later in the day, and the next morning 😍). Thank you so much for your time and effort, we loved it so much and appreciated your whole business model and operation!
We had a few different food allergies and Chef Sierra had no problem adjusting the menu. The food was delicious and the presentation was great. Chef Sierra exceeded our expectations.
Chef Sierra and her team did an amazing job for our bachelorette party in Michigan. She customized our menu to accommodate our summer bbq theme and a few dietary restrictions. The char grilled oysters were incredible, as were the brisket deviled eggs. We loved the mains, including the steak and veggies. The pretzel turtle cheesecake and a delicious end to the meal!
She was perfect, food was amazing, she cooked us a completely vegan meal that tasted so good and delicious it was the best dinner we’ve ever had
