Chef TJ was truly a wonderful addition to our daughter’s fall-inspired baby shower! From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, respectful, professional, and prompt. He took the time to work with us on a menu that fit exactly what my daughter envisioned for her special day, and he made the entire experience feel effortless. The food was absolutely delicious! Our guests especially loved the chicken salad croissant sandwiches, chicken and waffles, cheesy egg and casserole, and the mini apple pies and caramel apple cookies. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and presented so thoughtfully. The presentation was amazing and added such a beautiful touch to the overall feel of the shower. What we appreciated most was how willing Chef TJ was to listen to our ideas and work with us to create a menu that felt personal and perfect for the occasion. So many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Chef TJ helped make our daughter’s baby shower even more memorable, and we are so grateful for the care and attention he put into every detail. Had to hire a caterer on very short notice. TJ came through - and the food was delicious, delivered and set up on time. Many compliments.
Chef TJ knocked it out of the park! He was early on arriving, was able to deliver what was promised and helped set up to help make our event stress free. For many in the room, this event was made extra special and the food sealed the event. Families were very pleased. Will hire him again!
Chef TJ was great at answering all of my questions. Until he wasn't. He gave me a date of September 1st by which to decide if I wanted to book him as a caterer for my March 2027 event. Then on August 24th he reached out to see if I had any more questions. When I responded with a couple more questions, one including that I was wondering if I would ever be able to speak to him rather than simply text him, he became very frustrated which was incredibly surprising and unprofessional. You can see the screenshot below. I am unsure why he was pressuring me to respond a week before the deadline that he gave me. When I asked him why I was getting attitude, he told me he would not be able to be my caterer. To which I responded that I wouldn't want someone who treats their clients the way he did me. It was unprofessional and unwarranted. I should think, when spending $1000s, one would be able to actually speak with their caterer. Unfortunately, while I was excited about his food, I was incredibly disappointed with his professionalism and frustration. Would not recommend. Edited to respond to his reply-I find it very curious that he addressed things that I did not even bring up in my review. And then did not address what I did bring up in my review. I thought the estimate was great. He told me I had until 9/1 to decide. So I am unsure why he did not give me that time as it is still a week out. I absolutely never falsely reported that I hired him. It is very clear that I did not hire him because I was waiting to have all of my questions answered and would have possibly hired him by 9/1 when he told me the deadline was. At which point I would have paid a deposit. I am grateful I did not go with him as he seems to be unable to act in a professional manner even responding to this review.

Great food, great service! Chef TJ catered our open house & everyone loved the food. Wonderful variety of finger food, so tasty! Plenty to feed a herd of guests!

I wouldn't recommend getting a quote from this guy unless you plan to use him. More expensive than any other chef I reached out to and then tried to make me feel bad because he had to pay for the lead. Not recommended. Terrible business model.
Chef Tj did a fantastic job catering my wedding. Worked with our budget to make it affordable, but still delicious! Was able to work with last minute changes without a complaint and was quick to answer any questions we had. The carrots were an absolute hit along with the rest of the food choices we went with. Would definitely hire Chef Tj again! Thank you for making an amazing buffet dinner for us!
