Tom was very responsive and open to change of any menu items or additions. His team was punctual and very kind and accommodating. The only change I would make for future events would be to add an experienced Bartender if I want specialty cocktails.

Chef Tom and his partner Christina did a wonderful job cooking for our small family wedding, they were prompt and professional and the food was outstanding. Chef Tom prepared a most delicious meal for my mother-in-laws 75th birthday. The quality of the meal and detail that Chef Tom and his assistant included made for a very special and memorable occasion. Everyone was stuffed and there were still leftovers that Chef boxed up and left in our refrigerator. He left the kitchen very clean and overall we were very pleased with everything. Chef Tom and Christina were a delight to have. I asked them to cook an Italian themed meal for 10 people at my small wedding reception/dinner. He created a menu that included appetizers, a salad, starter course, main course AND a dessert. The items he created were presented SO nicely and professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work, which in return made my evening complete. He was so easy to communicate leading up to the night and he was on time in delivering his masterpieces. I HIGHLY recommend this duo for ANY occasion, however fancy or lowkey it may be!
Tom was fantastic. I had eleven friends at a vacation rental in Sonoma. We all enjoyed the meal prepared. The appetizers were my favorite. Tuna; cheese platter and bruschetta. Generous portions of everything. Incredibly social and hospitable. Tom was flexible with menu and choices. I had the beef - it was delicious. Thanks Tom. I call them the amazing duo… Chef Tom and Cristina! They prepared and served for my 16 guests in such a fun and timely manner. They were very easy going and of course, the food was delicious!! Chef Tom was wonderful to work with from the start. He responded quickly with a detailed proposal and sample menu. He seemed to understand exactly my vision of a slightly upscale, elegant yet casual outdoor wedding reception for approximately 100 guests. The event was at a state park and did not have a kitchen or access to electricity. Chef Tom knew exactly how to handle this, prepping everything beforehand and finishing the cooking on the park's bbq grills. He even hand carved the steak right at the buffet line, which is a nice touch. Everything was delicious! Chef Tom was easy to work with and very flexible and considerate of our thoughts and tastes. He adjusted the costs when my guest list reduced and was always upfront about everything. He even included a special menu for the children. I didn't have a wedding cake so Tom provided an assortment of bite-sized desserts, which fit perfectly with the outdoor environment. His assistant, Christina, is lovely and helped decorate the cake stand I provided to create a "wedding cake look." Chef Tom even accommodated a special request of mine to have a dessert made with matcha (green tea powder). He made matcha tea cookies that turned out perfectly even though he hadn't worked with that ingredient before. They are divine and are my current addiction! He even shared the recipe with me. =) Chef Tom has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!
I hired Tom to cook dinner for eight women at a VRBO house in Sonoma. It was one of the highlights of our weekend! Tom (and his assistant Kristina) were prompt and professional, yet personable! The food was delicious, and the service was perfect! We had a shared cheese plate, followed by a sit down meal consisting of a salad, starter, main course, and yummy dessert! The kitchen looked just like it did when they started after they left. It was such a relaxing evening! I would definitely hire him again! Thanks Tom and Kristina!
