We had Eric come to our house and cook for my mom’s 70th birthday. All of the food was excellent! We had a cheese charcuterie board app, shrimp in butter/olive oil app with home made bread, and then short rib ragú! We would highly recommend him
Amazing! I hired Chef Eric for a private lesson for my wife and I. My wife is 5 months pregnant and very nervous about raw meat and kitchen sanitation. Eric’s culinary background and personal history were the perfect tools to put my wife at ease. Chef Eric was great to work with. I asked for a meal that would get us out of our comfort zone and allow us to practice proper sanitation. He provided several options in a detailed email, with very detailed lists of what skills each meal would allow us to practice. I selected cheese stuffed chicken breasts with rice pilaf and sautéed squash. Beyond delicious. I wish I could cook every meal with a professional chef at my side!
Chef007 came to our house and prepared an anniversary meal for us. It was delicious and a lot of food! He was professional and we had a nice conversation with him while he worked. Definitely recommend. We also had dessert but somehow didn't get a picture!

We had Chef Eric prepare a graduation meal for our sons graduation in CO at our rental house. Everything was delicious and perfect! He worked off of our son’s choices for a meal. Chef Eric was very friendly, professional and the food was delicious! Highly recommended.
Everything went brilliantly on my first cooking class- Eric was excellent. Not only a great cook but he was very friendly, down to earth and chatted throughout the class answering all my questions. The food was terrific. And his coiking skills are superlative. I will continue to have 1-on-1 cooking classes with Eric for as long as he is available. I hired Eric after speaking with him about his work history and ideas he had for my Christmas dinner party for my staff. He was very informative had great ideas improvised with dietary needs. He’s very personable likable and pleasant to have in our home I highly recommend his services and I would hire him again for other events. Our dinner was based around a murder mystery party and Eric was very helpful and accommodating having the different courses ready at different intervals based on the actors scenes. It’s a great evening everyone had fun and I’m so thankful I hired Eric!

My 13 year old grandson LOVES to cook and he’s been wanting a sushi lesson for his birthday. His absolute favorite food is sushi! Thank goodness I found Chef Eric! He was very easy to work with, very communicative and a great instructor. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed his lesson and brought his creations home so he could share and show them off :-) I highly recommend Chef Eric! I’m sure there will be more lessons with him in my family’s future…. maybe some dinners too!
