About Cheyenne’s Spotless Solutions
Hello my name is Cheyenne! I have been cleaning full time for four years now. I am a very thorough cleaner. My time management is great while my availability is flexible! :HOW I CHARGE: I start at $200 if the property is 1200 ft.² and then it goes up $100 every 600 ft.²! 1,200 sq ft = $200 1,800 sq ft = $300 2,400 sq ft = $400 3,000 sq ft = $500 3,600 sq ft = $600 4,200 sq ft = $700 4,800 sq ft = $800 5,000 sq ft = $900 A cleaning like this would include absolutely everything like windows/window seals, doors, floorboards, cabinets, vents, etc. Things you normally would not get in a basic standard cleaning! If you are not wanting the entire property cleaned, I do have my standard cleaning rate at $40 an hour and just asked to book at least a minimum of two hours. If you’re located 30+ miles out I charge $15 for a travel fee and if you are 60+ miles out, I charge $30 for a travel fee. If you have animals and there is an excessive amount of hair, I do charge an extra $150 for pet hair removal, but that would have to be like an extremely excessive amount of hair. I have lots of references and type an invoice after each cleaning !

Cheyenne was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Could not be happier with her work. Looking forward to having her back.
I hired Cheyenne for a deep cleaning during my move and I cannot say enough good things. This was not your average clean. They were thorough, detail-oriented and clearly took pride in their work. Every surface was addressed and it felt like a brand new space that smelled incredible too. If you're looking for someone who does the job right and doesn't cut corners, look no further. I'll be using them again and recommending Cheyenne to everyone I know. Thanks again!
Fantastic communication and excellent work; would definitely hire again. Thanks so much!
Not reliable or good at the job. she canceled the morning of and came out the next day and did a really bad job. Proceeded to lie about the quality of work done and threaten police action. Would not recommend.
Cheyenne did an outstanding job cleaning my home. This was my first time using her services and I was very satisfied and impressed with the work. They were very detailed and thorough in cleaning and organized things as well. I will absolutely be using her service again.
Cheyenne did great. Move out cleanings are always a real chore and she helped me out. I would hire her again! Better to support local than hire large companies in my opinion.
Great communication. Job hasn’t started yet but great communication so far.
