Reviews
I don’t like to leave a negative review if I didn’t hire them but this experience is worth sharing since I couldn’t even get them to “communicate” here- they replied initially to my post, gave me a date and then ghosted. No communication- period. If this is the state of affairs for new “potential” customers that are source of new revenue, what must be the situation after you sign a contract to order and install windows. Just speculating of course - logically!
Job was contracted out to less than stellar installers. Scraped out my houses. Didn’t repair the paint. Also had a broke screen installed that was never replaced. Will not use again.
Good guys
C.H.I. install our 2nd floor windows. Did a fantastic job.
My partner and I are restoring a 150 year old property in Covington, KY. The condition of the old windows in the home were unrepairable so we went with the recommendation by CHI to replace all 22 windows in the home with new. The speed, quality, professionalism and extremely fair price were spot-on! There is a reason why CHI has a great reputation.
