Jesse ghosted me. He had to reschedule first, and then completely went dark. Complete waste of my time!

Reviews
They call for service never showed up. I inbox them here on thumbnail and they reply that they’ll come a different day and actually come the next day but never called or showed up. The work wasn’t bad because no work was done. Just left me hanging.
Jesse and Thomas were very easy to talk to and work with and were very responsive and knew how to best tackle the issue at hand.
These guys are good, no games. Just hop on it and get it done for a good price.
Initially, this plumber seemed responsive. They came out for a free service call, diagnosed the issue, and then required payment upfront before starting the work. After that, things went downhill. For the first week, they kept making excuses as to why they couldn’t come out. Then, when we finally agreed on a time (12 days after service call & payment), they completely no-showed—no call, no message, nothing. The next morning, despite me explicitly saying I wasn’t available that day, they tried to show up unannounced at 8 AM. This level of disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable. If you’re looking for reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere.

Jesse was great. He did a great job helping us move the laundry from one floor to another one. Clean job, well done. Thank you, Jesse!
Jesse reached out and was helpful initially. I needed to coordinate a time that work for both him and my tenet. We agreed on a specific date with a generous window. On the date agreed upon, he left us hanging. No courtesy call to cancel, no response. Very unprofessional and a waste of people's time.
Excellent work from first call to tech response, job well done. Highly recommend. 5 stars. Thank you Oz , thank you Captain Rooter for helping me out. Carleton Avery
