I was told someone would be at my house between 5-7 pm. Johnny arrived at about 5:30. Once he got to work, he checked every drain until all were clear. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He saved me a lot of money. Thanks so much for your hard work.
They are the worst! They told me that they will come for an evaluation between 9 and 11 am and never showed up. Completely unprofessional and then I kept following up multiple times. I do not recommend this pro at all!
Excellent job listening and being responsive to the issue, using their experience to properly diagnose the leak and then repair accordingly. They were upfront with cost and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.
Terrible experience – avoid this company. I contacted them to fix a slow-draining sink with a bad odor and a basement leak. Brandon came out and claimed the entire basement piping system needed to be replaced due to acid use in previous unclogging attempts. I trusted his judgment as the expert. He quoted $2,000, and I paid a $500 deposit. We agreed he’d return the next day at 9 AM—he didn’t show up until 12:45 PM, saying he had another job and had to pick up supplies. Despite my tight schedule and his promise the job would take two hours, he arrived late, seemed confused, went back and forth between the basement and upstairs, then left without telling us. He returned 45 minutes later, said he needed more parts, worked briefly, then left again to buy a new tool battery. Altogether, he worked less than 20 minutes. He eventually installed a short 1-foot pipe under the sink (though the contract stated 5–6 feet) and opened a new pipe line—not through the wall, but right under the sink—claiming it would “save me money” without explaining how. He then said the job was done, but the original problem was still there. When I pointed this out, he said he’d deduct $300 from the total for the shortcut, then tried to charge me $300 more for rodding the pipes—bringing the total back to $2,000. I refused to pay the remaining $1,200 because the job was not completed. His manager called and was extremely rude, repeating over and over that I owed the balance and had signed a contract. I kept explaining: the original issue was never fixed. I called another plumber the same day. They used a camera, located the clog, and fixed the problem. They confirmed the extra work Brandon did was completely unnecessary. Bottom line: I was charged for work that wasn’t needed, and the real issue was never addressed. I do not recommend this company.
Z was great! He came on time, worked with me as far as price, fixed my toilet's leaking and flushing problem, and made sure it was working before he left. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs toilet repair.
I needed to correct a botched plumbing job that was done which caused my toilets to get clogged every two weeks. William and Jacob got on the job and moved the main stack back to the original position to allow the waste to go straight down to the main sewer drain pointing towards the street. These guys were pleasant to work with, efficient and professional. The only advise I could leave for those reading the review is include into the scope of work description to have them haul away any busted up concrete so they include that into the final quote. Would I hire them again.... Absolutely.

Chicago Sewer Experts dispatched someone immediately to my home. Jesus and his son arrived and were extremely professional. The job ended up being much bigger than expected and they went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing, which was damaged by a previous plumber, was repaired at the cost they originally quoted me. They even ran to the store to get me a new tub spout as the original one was damaged and referred a tile guy who was also high quality at a reasonable price. I've already told my neighbors to save this company's number in their phones!

Highway robbery, I needed a hose replaced, it took them 3 minutes to replace and they charged me $200, outrageous!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of people. I would never use them again.
