Lied about pricing. Agreed on the phone the cleaning would be $200 which is inline with other times I’ve gotten chimney cleaned. They wanted $650 plus a $69 inspection fee. Never do business with them. I have a service schedule with a reputable company for $195. Find other people to work with.

Arrive on time responded quickly and gave resolution same day no need for another visit
I have a sealed off chimney in a rebuilt home, and the old brick always has some nuisance crumbling, but it was getting worse. I reached out for a consultation, and Ben was prompt and communicative. He provided me a few options so I could make an educated decision on my repairs. I let him know I had sooner availability (despite my challenging schedule) so I was placed on a waitlist, and was able to have my repairs sooner than expected! The attention to detail was great, and it looks sharp, clean, and professional. Thanks, Ben!
