Needed a chimney cap. They came inside, dismantled the exhaust pipe for my furnace, could not put it back together. They left with a dismantled exhaust pipe. Came back the next day to fix it, after a $1,700 bill. Left my carpet dirty because they did not think to cover their shoes-actually asked me if I had covers for their shoes. Used my bathroom; toilet seat left up and sink left dirty. *Update* The company did reach out to me several times and offered me a small refund of the repair price. They apologized several times and said the employee in question is no longer employed by them.

They came 3 hrs late and left my ceiling damaged from going to the attic. Beware very unprofessional. The owner hasn't called me since this happened. DO NOT HIRE THEM. The person who showed up at my house didn't know what he was doing. Come to find out they have multiple complaints with the better business bureau

Avoid using this company—they are deceptive! They charged me $938.40 for a simple inspection and a deposit on a repair that costs more than the item itself. I got a second opinion that is so much less expensive for the fix. They also offer other services which I was very hesitant about. Their advertised service rate is only $69. Stay away from them!
Shows up late , wants me to order materials but only accepts cash , didn’t have any business cards or company receipts. Next day phone number out of service, doesn’t show up for appointment, tells me two more days. Says will be there at 9am, then 12 noon, then 4pm , then he can’t get materials until following week, calls from Texas or blocked number so I can’t call him back. Stay far away from these people , they are definitely running a scam,
