I had a problem with the company that was supposed to repair my fireplace and I accidentally wrote a bad review for Chimney Sweep. Jacob was very professional, honest and informative. I was very impressed with this company and will certainly contact them again for my future chimney needs.
They sent a tech who is extremely rude and dishonest. First he didn't like that i was with him all along. Secondly he was telling me that the fireplace metallic parts needed to be cleaned before it can be functional and the additional charge for cleaning a couple of burner tube would be 250. Then I requested him firmly to show how to turn the fireplace on. He did (but without clear and step by step instruction) and charged me 99 for a 5 min job. I wanted to see if i can start the other one (since i have two units) We have ignited the other one together in 2 min. He added another 99. He was requesting me to get access to restroom. i remain indifferent. Please steer away from this company if you like to save a hassle and find another honest tech who will be courteous and professional.
