Thank you Chimney USA for the amazing work fixing my fireplace so we can use it, I had problems like missing mortar requiring re-pointing, cracks in the brick, and a rusted metal where the damper frame was. I appreciate all the hours, attention to detail and explanations of what the pieces were you were fixing and how to use a damper. Jason did an outstanding job and worked really hard the whole time he was there. I wish I had that mans energy, I want to adopt him LOL! The chimney is all clean now, pressure washed and water repellent put on it. We are ready and looking good!!!!!!

I was hoping to get someone to see if wasps were coming in through the chimney, as I could see that wood surround looked like it was rotting and something was rusting badly as well. So, they did one visit to assess the situation, and then returned with a custom built stainless steel replacement. And they gave me pictures from start to finish. (no wasps though) Both guys were nice as can be and spoke so well of the company and the people they work for. This was really great to hear. This was such a positive experience, and of course I strongly recommend this company.
Great communication. Professional and courteous. Not pushy to get work done, seemed like an honest and knowledgabe company

Great professional and friendly staff.
We had our chimney cleaned and also decided to have our chimney cap replaced, it was really rusted. Both guys did a great job. They were on time, professional, polite, did a great job. Its so nice when a job goes so well!! We would highly rec this company
They responded immediately when no one else could/would, got the job done in record time, and restored my chimney back to usefulness in hours. AAA+++
This is the second service I have received from Chimney USA LLC. The first was a chimney cleaning and cap, which went very well. The second service was based on the photos and inspection from their first visit. This was also done efficiently, professionally and timely.
I am so glad I chose them for my Chimney maintenance. They took the time to explain how to accurately use the stove to prevent damage. Businesses like this one make the thumbtack app the best option. 10/10
This guy is the best. Highly recommended. Got rid of the crappy wood stove.
