There are high costs to be associated with Thumbtack. Because of this, i have a 2-hour minimum. Please only select me if you are ready to hire. I have remodeled and rehabbed 4 properties of my own. Including electrical, plumbing, new cabinetry, closet renovations, and flooring. My father was a carpenter, and I learned many things from him, starting at a very young age. I have a degree in Art and worked in advertising for many years. No job is to big or to small, let me take a look at your next project.

Great experience. Right on time, right on budget. Thank you!
Larry is super professional and does great work at a fair rate. Shows up on time.
Larry was fantastic. He addressed a bunch of odd jobs around the house that I’ve been meaning to get to for ages, but didn’t have the time or expertise to do myself. Larry was super knowledgeable, very fairly priced, and did high-quality work. Highly recommend!
Larry was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond when modifying my door and installing the smart lock when things weren't nearly as simple as we expected, including running to the hardware store and getting alternative screws. Fantastic value, extremely professional and friendly, you will not regret booking Larry for your maintenance needs! Look no further, Larry is your guy, I will definitely be using him again!
Larry was absolutely fantastic to work with. Punctual, reliable, and extremely professional. Just a wonderful experience overall. Would 100% recommend his services and will definitely work with him again.
Chi town laser did nice work painting on exterior and glazing windows. Also cleaned gutters so it was good to get it taken care of at one time. Very happy with the job.
Larry is a nice guy and professional. He was very responsive, on time, and did an excellent job. I could tell he takes pride in his work and was upfront with the price. He quickly assembled a loveseat that I couldn't in a whole day, and explained what he had to do. He also tightned my bistro set and made sure it was secure, and hung a curtain rod. I would definitely use him again and recommend him!
He was very helpful in getting plumbing work done. Very informative when asking questions. Neat left area clean when finish. He couldn't fix the shower knob/cartridge but he tried and gave some good ideas for the problem.
👍 Harry was a pleasure to work with. When I initially sent him 2 jobs that I needed done, replacing a chandelier, bathroom faucet he was on it. He came the next morning and did a very clean job in about 2 hours. I will definitely contact him in the future. Happy 😊 customer.
