I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. We agreed their technician would arrive around 1 PM each Friday. 12/20/24 would have been their first week on the job. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and there was no communication to explain why. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. A business should be reliable and accountable, especially when starting a new client relationship. I cannot recommend them, as they completely failed to do the most basic and essential thing: show up when they said they would.
