Not an honest company. Incomplete job. Extremely messy, cost $$$$ money to clean up and pay another person to finish job we paid Chris plumbing for. Once this business saw how bad of work their employees did, we never heard back. All we received was excuses and fabricate stories. They said they wanted to work with us and be fair... not true. Word of advice so not hire a contractor. Find your own drywall person, find your own cabinet person, find your own granite person. I learned this from one of the workers that showed up for more than an hour. So disappointed, really thought we were working with a decent guy. These are really costly and hard lessons to learn.
Working with Greg and his team was a great experience. There were several problems that came up during the job but they found solutions and completed my repair on schedule and on budget. Chris’ Plumbing is my go to plumbing contractor.
Came out promptly for the diagnosis, but when it was time to complete the job the tech cancelled 20 minutes prior to the showtime window, rescheduled for the next day and then was 2 hours late claiming “traffic”. Finally I cancelled. Also the person they have running the office, Alyssa, is hard to communicate with.
Chris showed up on time and was very professional. I definitely will call him again in the future.
Our problem ended up being bigger than we’d hoped and Chris’ Plumbing was amazing about helping us navigate leak detection companies and next steps. We weren’t able to work with them on the fix this time around but will 100% be coming to them again if/when we have plumbing needs for the customer service alone.
I had a project I had put off because it was small, I was worried about the expense, and I didn’t want to be talked into something I didn’t need. They saw the problem, fixed it promptly, and charged a fair price. I’ll use them again without hesitation!
We had Jesse take care of us and we’re absolutely amazed at the work he did. Not only is he dedicated to making sure you’re taken care of, but he was exceptional at explaining what need led to happen and why all through our project. Very pleased.
Called Chris this morning and he arrived this afternoon. Water supposed to drain into standing drain pipe in wall, but overflowed with drain cycle of washing machine. Chris used camera to view inside pipes from access drain and advised a simple do it yourself solution for me. He was responsive, courteous & provided a complementary visit for returning customer. We have worked with Chris' Plumbing several times now, and the techs are always kind, knowledgeable, and honest. They are great about giving clear explanations and instructions when needed, and their prices are competitive in their field. They are my go-to guys when anything in their wheelhouse goes wrong! We will absolutely continue working with them.
They gave a quote of $150 over Thumbtack, then canceled their first appointment with a few minutes notice, and on the day of second appointment said that the same service would be $500, and could only be scheduled for service the following week. Terrible communication and refusal to acknowledge their offer shared on Thumbtack.
There were some issues with communication and punctuality, but the work was completed well and they were very responsive. I would work with them again, but I would be careful to clarify the timeframe and location.
Tristan from Chris' Plumbing came over today to fix a plumbing job that I quite frankly thought would never get done, as it wasn’t easy. My wife and I were quite impressed with this young man. He did an excellent job and most of all my wife was really happy to see the finished work!.. Thx Tristan, your expertise did not go unnoticed!
