Discussed lawn aeration for my front lawn. Was very quick and responsive to my texts. We discussed price and i agreed to his price. We were trying to work out a time frame for the work. He stated he only did work in PG county on Thursdays. He texted me on Thursdays and said he had availability Friday (today). I said im not ready, and my lawn is not ready, also i wanted to be home when the service was being done and i have to mark the sprinkler heads so they wont be damaged. So around 12pm, i received another texts stating they were in their way to my house. (why? we didnt agree an a date and time) . They show up to my house while im at work and start CUTTING MY GRASS!!!!🤬🤬🤬!!! I had to call my neighbors to go outside and stop them. They cut my grass SUPER LOW (see photos). I never told them to do ANY WORK at my house!!! WILL NOT BE USING THEM FOR ANY WORK!!!! BEWARE!!!
I would overwhelming recommend this company. The crew was incredibly polite, arrived exactly on time, and did an outstanding job trimming my overgrown tree. What stood out the most was their immaculate cleanup—you would never have known they were here, except for how great my yard looks! Will hire again.
Punctual and professional. Great work!
ZERO STARS! No show, no call, no message. Therefore, no stars. His communication was fine up until it was time to show up for the job. Took all my info, for what??!! smh
Thank you
Christopher did an Excellent job. He was so professional that I hired him again two days later to remove the snow from my mom’s home. Very professional and reliable.
Christopher Stewart people came on time and did dethatch and aerate my yard, the work they performed was good.
I needed mow and trim for the small area around my patio. ACL did an excellent job and will use them again if I need the service.
He was very responsive and getting quotes but ultimately I went with someone else
I hired this company to prep my lawn for overseeding and fertilizer then proceeded to overseed and fertilize the lawn. Instead they left leaves, sticks and debris throughout the lawn, dropped a few seeds and left. Who overseeds and fertilizes a lawn in this fashion?!!! What’s worse is I was promised the problem would be rectified. Crickets! They have not done anything to fix the problem. I could have done a better job myself. Never again will I use this service!! Zero stars ⭐️ really should be an option for reviews on Thumbtack!!! This is exactly what I get for trying to our own businesses.
Chris’ crew was diligent and thorough. I was very happy with their work. They cleaned up my yard and the side of my house. I highly recommend them.
Hi, I like this co., but I'm beginning to see them fall behind in their schedule and the responsiveness is beginning to be slow. However, Chris does get on point and work to ensure his clients are serviced. When the pro arrived, he did a good job cutting the grass. However, after looking closer, I found the grass was cut tooo short. The sun burned up the grass and I ended up having to spend money watering it for two days. Also, the guys keep throwing clipping into my pond and water. I have had to close my pond because of previous pros doing this. I like this co. But do wish the smaller things, which can become a big deal, get rectified.
Very disappointed! The project clearly describes the service…..
Always responds quickly and professionally. Great communication!
I needed a flower box installed on my brick siding. The flower box came with a kit that came with all the materials. After they installed it, they wanted to secure it better so left then came back with good anchors to really set and stabilize it. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Even though there was a mixup in time. They made sure it was done right and professional.
Residential Inspections did a great job for a fair price.
So, I had a vanity that need to be replaced because the counter was broken. I use Thumbtack regularly. I hired A Closer.Look based on price and good reviews. They responded quickly. I had issue with the fitting of the new plumbing and larger vanity. The initial work was so-so, but I was willing to settle just to have the new vanity functional. Fortunately the owner was not satisfied to have his name and reputation attached to a so-so job. He made sure I was 100% satisfied before he completed the job. I am happy with the new vanity. It is like washing your hands under a little 💧 waterfall. Thank for the Work. Will hire again for my handy work needs.
Did an amazing job will hire again! Awesome job guys!!!
