I have bats in the attic and Citadel came to batproof my house. They worked hard to cover all the entry points. Hopefully in spring when they come to clean up the mess from the bats... all will be well. They do seem to be a stand up company.

Reviews
2nd time using Citadel because I was happy the first time.
The entire experience was easy and professional. We would use again
Professional and efficient, I wouldn’t call anyone else
I had bats in our attic, Ben did a really great job. He explained everything well, took pictures and the overall service was quite professional.
Everytime Citadel came to my house, they were very professional, nice and got the job done. They caught one raccoon the first time and three raccoons the second. They waived the inspection fee which was very nice. I will definitely call Citadel again!
Came out and accessed the situation and informed me I had a squirrel in my attic. Got it taken care of and not heard a peep or fighting above me since.
Aaron was excellent. He was responsive and able to address the issue of nesting birds in under an hour. He was knowledgeable and quick.
Andrews responsiveness was really quick and his insight was helpful!
Drake was awesome. Arrived within the time window. Immediately went up the side of my home to search out the whole birds were living in. There was no active nest, so all that was needed was covering the hole with new fascia aluminum. Fair pricing and he was done within 30 mins. Excellent experience.
Arrived at time, helped to remove the bird nests and installed the cover. Quick and easy. Recommend.
