They did not clean my apartment, they wanted $290 for work that was not done. I was promised my apartment and fireplace would be cleaned and they did not follow through. I never had to pay my apartment all of the money that they wanted from me for the poor work that was done. Their employees were giving out their personal business cards as they spoke poorly about me in front of the building that I hired them.

They did a great job! They were flexible on pricing, which I appreciated. When I had an issue with part of the service, they came out quickly and did a phenomenal job making it right. Definitely recommend!
They were great with communication but the actual experience was not good. I had to pay an additional cleaning company to come out and do the move out clean. The person who did the cleaning arrived on a skimpy tank top and had an attitude when I expressed that she start the upstairs bedrooms first. I did have about 30 minutes of clearing the kitchen before it was ready to be cleaned. She said she cleans in a certain way and this was not the order that she preferred. We had 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There was plenty that could have been completed prior to the kitchen. Do not recommend.

Rescheduled 3 times and ultimately no showed
The cleaning lady is nice. However, I think the company clearly underestimate the job that I describe. Also, I don't think they adequately equip to properly clean houses. She show up with 1 cleaning solution.
We needed a move-out cleaning on very short notice, and they were able to fit us into their schedule without any issues. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and just a pleasure to work with. The cleaning itself was extremely thorough. They paid attention to all the little details and left the house looking spotless, which took so much stress off our shoulders during an already hectic move. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service. We had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
