Reviews

“I flip flipped a few times but settled on two models; an 18k BTU wall unit for downstairs and 12k BTU unit for upstairs. The technician Igor was up next and yup you guessed it, he too was incredible! He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the installation was done properly and with great attention to detail. We even experienced an unexpected issue with my breaker box that caused us to unexpectedly lose power during the installation. Instead of becoming frustrated or making it my problem, he patiently helped resolve the issue (along with my electrician who I called in a panic). His professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the entire situation truly stood out and helped ease my concerns. The quality of work, communication, and customer service exceeded my expectations (and per my husband, Im never impressed lol). If youre looking for a team that is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the job right, I highly recommend this company!”
