The first visit was great but I am disappointed to report that after $1,000 and three additional visits, my HVAC was not fixed. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard back about an additional part they say I needed. This has honestly been a waste of time and money and I had to go to another company for real help.

I couldn’t give 5 stars due to how late they were, and I could have excused it if the communication was better. They missed their two hour window, they didn’t contact me until a half hour after the window, and then communication was sporadic until they finally showed up 2.5 hours late. However, they were super apologetic and did a super quick and effective repair on an HVAC system in a tight crawlspace, so I will most likely give them another chance.

Me and my mom really enjoyed our service today. Darius explained everything throughly to my mom while I was at work and went out of his way to make sure all of our concerns were answered and fixed. We would definitely call again!

Darius came out to assess my furnance due to concerns of smoke scent when unit was activated. Thoroughly checked components and assured me that everything was working properly. I recommend his services and Citywide...and plan to call again for any further repairs.

We really liked working with Darius on our issue. We weren’t able to solve our auxiliary heat issues 100%, but Darius explained all the challenges that were affecting our heat output and how to try and fix over time. He was able to make some adjustments to our thermostat and outdoor units to achieve better performance, which we were satisfied with until we can invest in long term upgrades. Darius also followed up with us with a phone call a week later, which was a nice touch!

Citywide Mechanical is a top-notch service. I would have deducted a star for communication and punctuality if it were not for the fact that they did such an amazing job when they showed up. They made installing my thermostat look simple. And that is how I know they are pros. I tried to install it myself and I had to call them. I would definitely use them again.
