He was fantastic! I did not even speak and we handled the issue with back to back text and few videos. He was available the next day and fixed the issue. I will highly recommend and I will also call him for any plumbing issues in the future.

Diagnosed a clogged filter and that's not what the issue is. I paid the service fee. I've tried for weeks to get him to come back out to figure out what's wrong. I'm disappointed that it turned out that way. Now I have to pay another company to come diagnose and fix it.
CJ was exceptional. Communicated promptly, arrived on time, executed the three installations without issues. Tidied up afterwards. Will 100% use and recommend CJ again.
We scheduled a time for 3:00pm, however he didn’t arrive till an after 3:30. Even though he arrived late, he did communicate. I had him come out for my microwave to determine if it was fixable or if I should buy a new one. Took him about 20 minutes to determine I should buy a new one. I was a little disappointed I paid $75 for 20 minutes but after a few days I got over it. Lol . I’m not sure I would this platform for something like that again.

CJ came to look at my Microwave. My Microwave was running but wasn't heating. And the clock wasn't working. The outcome was the mother board needed to replace. And that cost 300 to 400 dolLars. I rather just buy a new one. He was professional. Very knowledgeable and ontime. I would call him again. And refer him.

Super fast response, the same day in fact. The work performed thoroughly and double checked. Helped dispose of my old dishwasher. Incredible job and I fully recommend.
The pro initially left wires hanging in my basement. Only when I reported this to thumbtack, did he straighten up the area. When completed repairing my refrigerator, the ice maker did not function the same as before the repairs. I would not recommend this pro unless you stay on him throughout the project work.
CJ completed the services within an hour of me calling. Will continue to use his services.
