Christian with CJ Quality Flooring provided an estimate to stretch some carpet. He arrived on time, assessed damaged areas, and provided appropriate estimate for work needed. Appointment was scheduled, his technician, Zack, arrived on scheduled day, corrected/stretched carpet, in a timely and professional manner, and cleaned work areas of any leftover carpet scraps. I could not be more pleased with how my carpet looks now. Although my carpet issues were minor, I would definitely give this company an opportunity to provide their services to meet your flooring needs.

Christian & his crew were great! Christian came out & broughh products, gave a quote that was VERY reasonable. He ordered the product & got scheduled ASAP. The kitchen floor looks amazing!
CJs team quickly answered my request. His team did a great job laying plank vinyl flooring. I was able to move in on time bc of the work done by CJ and his team.
Christian did a wonderful job. His price was competitive. He was always right on time. I have flipped a number of houses. To make a profit you must select timely, professionals who charge a fair price. I am so happy I found CJ Quality flooring. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.
Highly recommend Christian! He installed our stair runner and did a flawless job. He joined two separate runners together and made it look completely seamless. Super personable, efficient (done in about an hour!), and incredible attention to detail. Couldn’t be happier!
Terrible, don't call this company. I have a seam showing all the way across my carpet. Then, I tried to get them to fix it. Poor communication as well. Thumbtack wasn't any help.
He was very nice over the phone, but when he was scheduled to do the job he still hadn't arrived 30 minutes after the set time. I texted him and he said he was stuck in traffic in Louisville (I'm in Frankfort), and asked if we could reschedule. I told him yes but I wished he would have notified me. I've texted him twice since then but haven't heard from him since
Christian and his crew are amazing! They did an excellent job on my baseman floor. They did over 800 square feet in two days, and it looks great! They will be back to do the laundry room floor.
Christian and the team did an amazing job from estimation to installation! He was great to work with, staying within my desired project budget. I will not hesitate to use them for any flooring projects I have in the future!
I can’t say enough great things about this company. They quoted me for a 2 day job and through tough grit and determination, they had it done in 1. This was a full LVP and bedrooms of carpet. No need to look anywhere else!
Christian was very responsive, quality of work was high level, and affordable! Polite and would recommend and hire again! Thank you!!!
We hired CJ Quality Flooring to smooth out the wrinkles in our 4 year old carpet. They used a power stretcher and it made the carpet look new again. They even helped repair a part of our LVP that kept popping up. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for any future flooring needs!
The guys arrived ahead of time, came in and went to work immediately. Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank you for your time sir👍
Great work
We just purchased a new home, after moving a less than desirable located built in… I was pretty disappointed to discover the flooring under it was cut out. Christian is fantastic! From when I first talked to him about what I needed repaired… to it being finished… was less than a week! Once I finish the trim work and painting, no one will ever be able to tell that gaping hole was ever there. Thanks again for everything!
Christian is amazing!! He was responsive, easy to work with, super kind and professional, and has reasonable prices! We worked with him and his guys to do laminate in our basement after a flood and carpet up the stairs. Christian brought over samples and gave me a quote all in the same day. Him and his guys worked quickly and cleanly! We will definitely reach out to Christian for our next flooring project.
Christopher did an outstanding job and was very professional . I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs something done with carpet.
Always nervous about making house updates and working with contractors but CJ Quality Flooring was on top of things and has been a really great experience! They have been good communicators and really have done a great job so far! We hired them for our downstairs flooring to remove old carpet and put in Vinyl plank as well as carpet in our movie room. The quality of work is phenomenal and Christian is a pleasure to work with. They did such a great job that we have hired them to do our top floor with Vinyl plank and carpet as well. Eventually we will get the middle floor done as well. We love our house and now we love it more! Thanks to CJ Quality Flooring. I highly recommend!
CJ contacted me immediately and gave me quick estimate. My house was completed in a day, about 1000 sq feet, 3 bed and 1 basement. The flooring and trim work look amazing. We used home depot flooring and CJ was able make it look amazing. I will definitely use him again and recommend anyone looking for trustworthy and quality work!
