I contacted Clarity Pools on Monday because my pool filter was not working. There was a huge mix-up on my end between emails and phone calls, and although Clarity Pools attempted to come to my house, not once but twice the same day, I did not use them. (another company I thought was them had arrived prior to them) That being said, I expected them to be so angry for wasting their time, and yet Alex and Allison were as kind and patient as any two people could be. I felt horrible about this and even after all the mix-ups, they were as kind and forgiving as could be. That combined with the other reviews I have read about them, I would highly recommend them for the responsiveness and kindness. It speaks volumes to me that they would go so far out of their way for a total stranger. So, long story short, when I have the next issue arise, Clarity Pools will be the ONLY company I call.
Can’t say enough good things! Job was done same day, on a weekend, and he saved me $1500! Everyone else said I needed a new pump, but mine was fixable. 100% recommend!!!
