They gave us an estimate time frame from 9 to 1 never showed up the communication is terrible they never gave an update . I would not recommend. They also have nobody that answers the phone it is just a recording.

I had Clark’s come out to fix the issue with the overflowing water softer, that they installed, malfunction. The plumber decides to construct that red tube around my HVAC and into this white open pipe. However, there was no cap used leaving the pipe as an open source for sewer gas. As time passed the sewer gas became worse and worse to the point I had to call another plumber because I wasn’t sure what the smell was. The new plumber looked at this and was confused and concerned about the previous work. His solution? Stuff the pipe with a plastic back and see if that helps. House is WAAAAYYYY better now. So, if you want to come out of pocked $1500 for crappy service that lingers in your house, this will work! 🙂

Update since the last issue. These guys came right in a fixed the error. I contacted them again to fix my toilet that stopped flushing for some reason and he did a great job. Because of the error with the water softener install I want billed for the toilet thankfully. So I really appreciate their assistance and service!
Sean was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, shared his plan to resolve it and got to work. It took longer than expected but he held to his original quote, which was fair and reasonable.

I would select all of the five buttons above if allowed to. They were able to come out quickly. I had two issues. One was less to fix than anticipated and the other was more but not more than the estimate given. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Clarke plumbing.

They are a rip house. They came and gave an estimate of $702 with a discount of $100 to change the float in a toilet and the check valve that feeds the water to the tank. I told them the parts at Home Depot are for $30 total. They would not give a breakdown. They wanted $50 for coming out and giving a ridiculous estimate. I would not recommend them ever to any of my friends. I finally had another company come and do it for less than $150.
Brandon was great. Prompt, efficient and pleasant to work with. Problem has been fixed. Would definitely call again if plumber needed.

Sean is the best. He installed the dishwasher which no other plumber wanted to deal with and get it worked.( my dishwasher is not from the major brands and it’s built in in the kitchen countertop) Clarke’s plumbing has high demands as their high quality of work. But I highly recommend them for your any plumbing projects. Thanks Sean and Natalie for taking care of all my kitchen plumbing projects. I sincerely appreciate all you have done for it.
