Claros is friendly and the work his crew did was good, but I would recommend you get things in writing before hiring them. It took us a bit to get on the same page once the job started. And then, the whole job felt like a 10 hour negotiation. Job materials became cash exchanges back and forth because they way over estimated and then had to return materials. But even then, they left 900 lbs. of concrete mix for me to deal with. Ugh!! When I asked when they were returning to remove the framework, they became evasive. I knew they weren’t coming back, so I did that myself. To top it all off, Claros still had no problems asking for “a little extra” when it came to payment. I would consider them again for small jobs, but would insist they put something in writing before hiring them.
We had a good experience with Claros Construction. Our job was a little bigger than anticipated and Nelzon was quick to mobilize additional resources to get the job done in a single day. We are happy with their work.
The place was spotless!
My experience was great! I loved the way everything was done so professional! My ceiling with drywall was cracked and the job was on time and it was a excellent job when it was finished!!! I love my ceiling now! And it all because of Claros construction! Thanks Thanks! Love it! A well DONE JOB!!!!
Nelzon responded quickly and provided the best quote. He and his team arrived as scheduled and completed the job in less than a day. I would recommend his services.
