Cleaning was fine. They tried to charge me almost $100 more than the initial estimate upon completion without sharing that before they started.

Reviews
Clean Craft Services did a great job in scheduling a cleaner for my move out deep clean. In addition to cleaning the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, I needed spot cleaning on the upstairs carpet and spot cleaning on the walls. The cleaner left the entire area looking and smelling great. I will be using Clean Craft Services for my new place because the work spoke for itself. I highly recommend Clean Craft Services for your next cleaning project.
I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this company. They quoted higher than competitors and asked me to name a reasonable price that would work for me, which I did. They agreed to it, arranged for a time and location, and then tried to raise the price because of a small error. I declined, and they said they would keep to the price we had already agreed to. Later, and after hours spent arranging with them, they cancelled the cleaning - with less than 2 days notice. I would not recommend working with them at all. This company is completely unprofessional.
The team was very polite, professional, quick and thorough. The house has never been cleaner and bonus points for putting everything back in the right place when they were done! Definitely looking forward to additional service in the future.
Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thinking about doing a biweekly cleaning. Cleaner was on time, professional, and my place is spotless! Thanks again!
I have had my home cleaned by clean craft services a few times now and they have never failed to disappoint.
My cleaner did an AMAZING job! She was punctual and very fast yet effective. My boyfriend and I were so impressed at the quality. We decluttered as much as we could beforehand, and she went above and beyond to organize it even more.
They did such a great job cleaning my very dirty house. They also were great with communication and didn’t finish the job in one day so they came back another day to finish.
I requested deep clean services and did not receive what I paid for. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. The bathrooms and kitchen cabinets, stove , and pantry were not cleaned
It was absolutely a pleasure working with Clean Craft Services. They were amazing 🤩 As a result of their excellent work, I have already recommended this company to my neighbors, family, and friends. The cleaning was so enjoyable that I have scheduled a bi-weekly cleaning schedule with them. I am eagerly awaiting my next cleaning!!
