Wendell was fantastic to work with! He was quick with correspondence in the lead up to my wedding day and was flexible with changes that needed to happen in wedding planning chaos. The day off the wedding, he made sure to capture parts of our venue and day that I would not have thought to ask for. My husband and I were beyond pleased with the photos we received and have no regrets about our booking choice.

UPDATE TO INTIAL REVIEW: We hired Wendell to be our wedding videographer for our ceremony this past May in Tampa. While our experience with Wendell started off ok, it ended up being extremely disappointing. Wendell showed up to the job on time, and took footage to produce a video. We paid him 50% up front, and 50% to be paid when he delivered the video. The contract stated he would deliver the video within 14 days. We had a separate ceremony after the Tampa event and had arranged to send him footage from that event when we received it. That took about a month, and from that point, it took him over a month to deliver the final video to us. The communication during this time period was sparse. After we received the video and paid him the remaining 50%, things went downhill drastically from there. We asked him to forward us the pictures he took during the event and he sent a small sample, saying he had more but couldn't send them because he was busy and his, I quote, his "office was a wreck." We tried to be understanding and explained that the pictures were precious memories of our once in a lifetime event, to no avail they did not respond. We then asked him to edit the video and add clips of our family, to which his wife/partner Gina replied and said he was too busy and couldn't accommodate. We finally pleaded to get the raw video footage from them, they said there would be a separate charge (totally fine with us and we were willing to pay). We asked how much and then they went silent once again. Finally, we hadn't downloaded the video off Dropbox and a couple of weeks ago saw it was deleted. We asked by e-mail to please repost it so we can share with our family during the holidays, once again with no response at all. Unfortunately, we had to hire a lawyer, which motivated them to repost the video. It's disappointing that the interactions with Wendell and Gina Delhomme took such a turn, and for seemingly no reason. We were kind to him the entire time working with him, gave him food and offered drinks towards the end of the night. We would absolutely NOT recommend Wendell for any professional work, it was a huge stressor working with him and shocking what we dealt with after paying him.

We hired Wendell and his company for our wedding couple of weeks ago. He was at the ceremony and reception on time, took all the special shots we had requested, and he was accommodating with the potential change of venue in case on rain. Our company, Surgically Clean Air, was on a tight deadline and short notice to record an installation process for one of our air purification units in Tampa, Florida. We are based in Canada. That is when we found Wendell online and he immediately responded willing to help us out. He is super responsive! We had a call explaining the project and from there he kept great communication until the job was done although none of us were physically there. But he made it easy; one less thing to worry about. His delivery of the footage was on the same day and they look great! Thanks for helping us out Wendell, if I could mark all the boxes I would.
I am very happy with my choice for a videographer. I called Wendell with only a few days notice, and he assured me that he would be there and take care of everything. He works with his lovely wife, and they covered the event, discreetly and beautifully. This was a very special event for my family. This is the celebration of life for my husband. My husband battled cancer for 18 months and I wanted to preserve the memory of this memorial. I’m very glad I did not try to do this myself because it takes away from the event and the finished product is not going to be as good. We needed professional photos taken for one of our homes in Florida. We are based in Georgia and didn't have a company in Florida who could do that for us.
