Communication great, 90% of the house also great. However this was a move out clean since someone had been there a year. They waited until after they did the clean to tell me it’s not part of the price. As well as I specifically asked was the fridge cleaned after they were done because we had a showing the next day. She told me yes it was… it was in fact not cleaned and again as soon as I said something she said oh yeah it wasn’t cleaned. After I asked if her team could come back to do the work correctly she completely ghosted me.
This was my 2nd time using the service they did a great job the first time. Thank you Maria ! But recently I hired the to clean and she”Isabel “still left stuff unclean and took 5-6 hours I was wondering what she was doing the whole time and on top of that when I asked the person “Yvonne” who books are service appointment they fail to respond in a timely manner . I’m pretty upset I messaged her on Wednesday 04/01/2026 when she “clean” and still pending a response on matter.
there were so many things wrong. numerous times I went andchevled me cameras and the cleaning rep would be on her phone. she tried to leave before completing the last bathroom and was shocked when I reminded her. The mop was dirty so when she mopped, didnt move the rugs or items, it dried with a film and a scent. attach a few pictures. l

I had such a bad experience it’s taken me over a year to even write about it here. I wanted to treat myself to a deep cleaning for my 40th birthday since my family and dogs would be out of the house I thought it would be a perfect time to have someone come and make it sparkle. I got home from my trip and not one…not one! Sink had been cleaned. The floors look like they were dry mopped over a floor that wasn’t first swept (judging by the look of my mop head when I got back). The kitchen counters were barely wiped. The only thing I could tell was done was my windows, which I paid extra for. I also paid extra for oven and fridge cleaning…neither of them were touched! Not even the finger prints on the outside. When I contacted the company, they thought I was lying so I sent pics. They still couldn’t believe it but were apologetic. They strung me along for a long time telling me they would refund my money, they never did and instead told me that I can have a free cleaning at my convenience. But since I didn’t trust them after this terrible experience, I did not test to see if they would stand up to their word, I don’t imagine they would since they didn’t defend me like they first told me they would. I would never use this company. I know it was just their cleaners fault, and they said they “took care of her”, but their stringing me along for over a month saying they will refund me and then only offering a free cleaning shows that the owners/managers of the company are not trustworthy either.
Do not hire the company!!! Awful customer service, did not complete the service we paid for and have yet to call me back to discuss all the issues I shared over the phone. They are giving me the runaround and had the most disrespectful interaction either their “customer service director” who did nothing to make it better. Spent over $300 And this is the service they gave me
They came in on time and are very nice. What they consider a deep clean is a standard clean were nothing was moved and clean on rhetorical surfaces, but you get charge as a deep clean. Still very dusty after they left.
Last minute request for a move out clean and they came through for me! The house was a mess due to movers were running late but Patty cleaned around them and got things done timely. She did an amazing job!
Got cleaning done from these people, did a very poor job I will let the pictures speak for themselves that were taken after the cleaning, complained it to the owner/lady in charge, she seemed more interested in getting paid, Than retaining a customer. Hire them at your own risk.
