I have been using their bi-weekly service from the beginning of October this year, and I have been happy with their service. They are flexible in scheduling appointments, priced reasonably, do a good job, and are responsive. I would recommend trying their cleaning service!
Jessica and her team were incredibly unprofessional to my wife and I. They did a subpar job cleaning our home. We gave them a second chance to clean our home and they refused to lift floor mats to directly clean our wood floors and tile. They insisted that they don't do that. My wife told them to stop the job and leave since they weren't going to clean our home the way that we wanted. After discussing this directly with the owner, Jessica, not only did she refuse to apologize for the subpar work and the disrespect shown to my wife, but she blamed my wife. She demanded that we pay for the subpar work (that was only half done). When we refused she sent a text shaming me, gaslighting my wife and not taking an ounce of responsibility. How can Clean. improve in the future? Apologize for subpar work. Apologize on behalf of your team when they disrespect the customer (aka my wife) by dismissing her feedback of asking them the lift the floor mats to properly clean the floor. Not demand pay for subpar work Not actively demean, shame, gaslight and guilt trip the customer.
Jessica and the team did a great job on our house. We look forward to seeing them next time. Their attention to detail was excellent. I had no idea my house needed this amount of cleaning until they made it shine like it does.

I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but this is beyond bad of a company representing a deep clean .. I have not paid this cleaner as this is beyond unreal of how bad they cleaned my 2 br 2 bath unit. I have over 30 pictures I honestly believe this is the worst experience I’ve had on thumbtack. The craziest thing was she literally said she underpriced it so the job was as good as the price asked to pay. Hope this is a learning experience. Pictures speak for them self
