Hired this company on short notice to clean a house out of. They did a move out clean job and it could not have been better! They were very responsive accommodating and did a very thorough, beautiful professional job cleaning. They were even able to schedule a carpet cleaning the same day! Highly recommend!

1 STAR – $220 WASTED, MY $150 GLASS PLANT VASE BROKEN, INCOMPLETE CLEANING, AND ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I hired Clean It All 24-7 LLC through Thumbtack, and this has been one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I have ever had with a cleaning company. I paid $220 to have my home cleaned, only to be told afterward that $220 was just for a “house wipe-down,” not an actual cleaning! My home looks practically the exact same way it did before the employee arrived. All she did was mop and vacuum. Let me make something very clear: MY HOUSE IS NOT DIRTY! I am a very busy person with a demanding schedule, and I hire professional cleaners because I need assistance maintaining my home. There is a huge difference between a dirty home and a home that needs routine cleaning and maintenance. I should not have to defend the condition of my home to a company I am paying to provide cleaning services! I ALSO WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I INITIALLY LIKED THIS COMPANY AND APPRECIATED THEIR COMMUNICATION. Up until this incident, I felt that the company communicated well, was responsive, and seemed willing to address my needs. That was one of the reasons I continued giving them opportunities to provide services. Unfortunately, my opinion completely changed when I brought the damage to their attention and felt that the company began gaslighting me, questioning my honesty, and attempting to manipulate the situation rather than taking accountability. WHAT MAKES THIS EVEN WORSE IS THAT THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEIR EMPLOYEE DAMAGED MY PROPERTY! When I initially hired this company, their employee broke my hanging statue. Rather than immediately escalating the situation or leaving a negative review, I chose to give the company another opportunity because that’s the type of person I am. I understand that accidents happen, and I believe in giving people second chances. Unfortunately, that decision resulted in another damaged item. ON OCTOBER 8, 2026, THEIR EMPLOYEE BROKE MY $150 GLASS PLANT VASE, AND I HAVE SECURITY FOOTAGE SUPPORTING MY COMPLAINT! At approximately 10:50 AM, you can SEE the employee moving in the exact area where my glass plant vase was located, AND YOU CAN HEAR THE SOUND OF GLASS BREAKING ON MY SECURITY CAMERA RECORDING! Additional footage shows the employee physically moving my gray plant stand, which was positioned directly beside my glass vase. Security recordings from 10:45:23 AM, 11:04:51 AM, 11:06:53 AM, and 11:08:52 AM also show the employee working around my belongings and moving my plants. The company’s own photographs further show that my plants were rearranged from their original positions. Photo’s provided below! BEFORE I EVER CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT MY BROKEN VASE, I CHECKED MY SECURITY CAMERAS! I did not make accusations without reviewing what happened. I took the time to examine my security footage before reaching out because I wanted to handle the situation appropriately, professionally, and fairly. I initially attempted to resolve this matter directly with the company rather than publicly criticizing them. INSTEAD OF TAKING MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY, THE COMPANY ATTEMPTED TO GASLIGHT ME, QUESTION MY HONESTY, AND SUGGEST THAT I BROKE MY OWN VASE! What is especially disappointing is that I genuinely appreciated the company’s communication before this dispute. I had no reason to believe that bringing a legitimate concern to their attention would result in this type of treatment. Good communication means very little when it disappears the moment a customer raises a serious complaint. I also explained that I was in and out of my home attending doctor’s appointments during the cleaning appointment. The company acknowledged that I was away but later claimed that I had the opportunity to inspect the completed work and raised no concerns. THAT STATEMENT IS FALSE! CONCERNS WERE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION! To make matters worse, the company began making negative comments about the condition of my home to justify the lack of cleaning performed. Again, MY HOME IS NOT DIRTY! I am simply a busy person who hires cleaning professionals to help maintain my household. That’s literally what I am paying them for! Photos provided below after the company “cleaned” my house! My home was left looking practically the same as it did before their employee arrived, yet the company attempted to make the condition of my house the issue rather than addressing the actual complaint. Despite receiving video footage and having photographs of its own, the company continued dismissing my concerns and refusing to accept responsibility. After I challenged their statements and informed them that I would escalate the matter, they decided to terminate our working relationship and ended their message with “Thank you, and goodbye.” I find that response extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially after I had already given this company a second chance following the damage to my hanging statue. I AM NOW OUT $370 — $220 FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE AND $150 FOR MY BROKEN GLASS PLANT VASE! That doesn’t even include the previously broken hanging statue or the time and emotional distress this situation has caused me. I will be submitting all original security recordings to Thumbtack, including the footage from approximately 10:50 AM where the employee can be seen moving in the exact area where my glass plant vase was located and where I clearly hear glass breaking. I will also be submitting footage showing the employee moving my gray plant stand and plants, the company’s own photographs, and our written communications. I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT I DID NOT WANT THIS SITUATION TO ESCALATE. I genuinely tried to handle it appropriately. I liked the company’s communication, gave them another chance after the first incident, reviewed my security cameras before making my second complaint, provided supporting evidence, and attempted to resolve everything privately. Unfortunately, instead of treating me with respect and addressing my concerns, the company chose to dispute my account, make excuses, bring up the condition of my home, and end our working relationship. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CLEAN IT ALL 24-7 LLC! I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted my home properly maintained, my belongings respected, and accountability when something went wrong. BEING A BUSY PERSON WHO NEEDS HELP MAINTAINING HER HOME SHOULD NEVER RESULT IN POOR SERVICE, BROKEN PROPERTY, OR BEING MADE TO FEEL LIKE THE PROBLEM FOR SPEAKING UP! SAVE YOUR MONEY, PROTECT YOUR BELONGINGS, AND HIRE A COMPANY THAT VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS AND TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS ACTIONS!

The work was great, she did a fantastic job cleaning our whole house. The only downside was I was quoted to have two cleaners for 4 hours and only 1 person showed up so it took longer than 4 hours. But she did a fantastic job!

Partial delivery on what was promised before and after seeing home, low quality cleaning supplies like Fabuloso, etc. smeared shower door, partial cleaned fans, cleaning with paper towels, etc. I thought it was a good deal when I received the list of cleaning items for move out cleaning service but realized it was not for a pro job at all. Carpets are two years old and look the same. Shower remodel 2 years old, etc. Additionally, the language barrier was very difficult to communicate. Cleaners asked me to speak in phone for translation that barely worked. Talking to owner over the phone was not better. They gave me a discount but I have regrets because I have to pay for professional carpet cleaners, etc. to clean, when I thought that is what I paid them for. Lesson learned.

I woke up to discover that my septic system had backed up overnite. It was a major mess. This company immediately responded to my request for help and came to clean it. And clean it they did! I have had others clean before but this team cleaned it better than the best. My bathroom has never looked so good. The tub, toilet, and floor sparkled. I am so pleased and I highly recommend them!
