Clean Protocol is a cut above and that it is accessible in price just makes the deal sweeter. I have a beige carpet and I have two Katz so you can imagine. It took him about an hour to finish the job, from Moving heavy furniture, to not making a mess, and just really making the whole experience a pleasure. My house feels new again! I highly recommend.
Reached out to this pro for carpet cleaning. Requested an estimate. Pro sent a very high estimate. I responded to let them know I found someone else with a lower estimate. They got mad and told me that I should not have replied because my reply cost them $15. The exchange from there went right downhill. They sound very unprofessional. The exchange went so far downhill that I’m now considering reporting them to thumbtack because I fear them going to someone’s home. They sound a bit dangerous.
They were responsive with great availability. Good pricing and had all documents needed for my condo building. They did a thorough cleaning, going beyond the agreed work with no up charge. Finally they removed all the stains. Clean Protocol Miami saved me from buying a new rug. I am very happy with them and will use them every-time I need carpet or rug cleaning. Thank you clean protocol miami
Gene was professional & punctual. We walked through the house & talked through the plan & he got right to work! He was efficient & showed great attention to detail. I’d recommend him to others!
I’m so happy with how my rug turned out! Thank you for the care and effort you put into cleaning it. It’s lovely to have it looking fresh again. I really appreciate your work and would happily recommend your services!
Gene was fantastic! He was timely, respectful, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning a very large amount of upholstery all by himself. We have dogs, so there were definitely some stains and messes to tackle, and he was able to get everything looking so much better. He was also incredibly pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend Gene and will definitely use him again!
Amazing job!
Thank you so much! I had a great experience and really appreciate how easy everything was. He steam cleaned both my sofa and headboard and did a great job. I wasn’t feeling too well that day and ended up sleeping in the other room while he worked, but he took care of everything, finished up, and let himself out without me having to worry about anything. I really appreciated how respectful and professional he was. Definitely recommend!
Thank you very much for the service it was a pleasure to work with you.
