I would recommend Clean Texas Junk Removal. They were very professional and respectful.
Leo and Maxwell did a fine job. they were professional and very flexible in doing the work that was needed for me. I would certainly consider them for my next project or refer them to a friend.
Good guys. Helped me get rid of junk I have needed moved from alley for years. Definitely recommend them! Robert
reasonable price, professional, quick workers. I will use them again.
Thanks for your help, guys! Maxwell and Leo are hard workers. Some of the tree limbs were quite large, and they had to use a machete to cut them into more manageable pieces. I offered to bring out my chainsaw and cut them smaller for them, but they insisted on taking care of it themselves. A couple of critiques I would make: Communication- I think that you could find a more clear and firm way to quote that still protects you from a job that ends up bigger than you expected without feeling like you might be trying to run up the price. I don't think that is what you were trying to do, but initially, I was concerned that is what was happening based on how things were communicated. Also, don't forget to let a client know you are on the way to start work if they asked to be notified ahead of time so that they can be present. Clean up- I think it would be a nice touch to rake/sweep the public right of way sidewalk to remove debris that was dragged there by the removal process. Since I was present, I took care of it right away as to not impede foot traffic, and it only took me 2 minutes to clear the sidewalk.
Removed some branches from my property. Punctual and affordable!
what a great company Leo immediately responded gave me estimations on quotes and did the job when asked. Leo kept the communication open for any delays or chages.
Fast response time, fair pricing and very timely with pickup. They hauled our former tenants trash within 24 hours of contact. Would recommend!
Great work. Came same day. Professional good communication. Highly recommend
