I hired Clean Work Pavers to install and seal pavers in November 2025 and paid in full based on his quote, which included sealing. He told me he would return in 2–3 weeks to complete that portion of the job but never did. After months of follow-ups with no resolution, I requested a refund for the sealing work. He agreed to issue the refund but has still not paid it despite multiple reminders. The initial installation was completed, but the job was left unfinished and the agreed refund was never honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend if you expect the full scope of work to be completed as agreed.

Very good communication. Triple checked with us that the materials are right what i needed and also the model how it looks. Overall, Justin was very professional and did a great job with our work. We definitely recommend him.
Overall bad experience. Would not recommend. Quality was poor. Professionalism poor. Employee was not given accurate information on landscaping design. Communication was poor. I had to keep reiterating what I requested several times just to be told "I didn't know that's what you wanted". Would not recommend.
Photos shown are the repair work done. Concrete powder was just put over the pavers that were not leveled. Concrete was not brushed off the bricks. Did not add water to the concrete powder as they said the rain would wash it away. It’s going to cost even more to fix this work the way it was left. Have not received a response when I reached out. Some bricks can still just come up by picking them up with your hand.
Justin gave me everything I asked for and I couldn't more happy. He completely transformed my front yard bringing it back to life. I got so many compliments from my neighbors. I'm excited for him to work on my backyard.
Justin did a fantastic job replacing my mulch with stone and adding plants as well as doing paver work around our pool equipment. Highly recommend.
