Sarah is an absolute pleasure to work with! She arrived on time was there ready to go and had so much enthusiasm and such a great personality to go with her enthusiasm and her energy! While her cleaning skills were good her time management was poor. She left the job to pick up her helper. She also kept referring to the house as ‘big’. 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms 2500 square feet. 19 hours and I had to ask her to finish up and leave because new homeowner was coming to the house. Then she left equipment and cleaning supplies there. When I told her that she said she hadn’t even missed it. Nice lady but she certainly seemed overwhelmed by the job.

Very punctual, professional and hardworking. We have white tile floors which are a beast to clean. Will try now to find some kitchen rugs to cover some of it.
