he guy came out and cleaned the gutters. I paid him200.00 like we agreed upon. we discussed getting the covers for the guttrs. we agreed on a pice of 1500.00 he aske for an advance to purchase materials of 400.00. he was to return on Thursday to complete the job. we Haven't hor seen him since. no phone call or text. they are all going unanswered. can you help help me get my money back or the job completedeard c

Great work. He got here on time and explained what needed to be done.
Advise against hiring him. He does not know his field. He replaced a part for my fireplace. He said the part was under warranty. The fireplace did not work properly after this. He said multiple times that he would come back to fix it and never came back - so I had to hire someone else who knew what he was doing and paid another $350 to get the fireplace fixed
Worst plumber I’ve ever seen! One star is an overstatement! This guy started working on my fireplace without turning off the main gas line. Didn’t give me the price upfront and started working on the fireplace! Had to kick him out of the house, don’t trust the guy at all! 🤦♂️

Very responsive and prompt but seems high to me. First trip was 500.00 for thermocouple and re paint walls inside of gas fireplace. Next trip 1.5 weeks later, needed a new gas valve. Part was highest 200.00 online price and I am sure as a contractor they get better parts prices but it cost me 600.00 to have it replaced in about 45 min. There is travel to consider but man! 1100.00 in a couple of weeks is tough.

Cesar showed up on time. After I explained to him what was my concern, he explained what he was going to do, identified the problem, fixed it, and my chimney worked again. He is very knowledgeable and properly explains the possible causes and solutions. I'd hire him again.

Cesar called and scheduled with me very quickly and was at my home exactly when he said he would be. His work was thorough and detailed. My only issue is that he dropped a few sizeable glops of the fireplace paint on my tile floors. He must us a floor covering when using the paint.
