Reviews
I try my best to avoid leaving negative reviews, but this was an absolutely horrible experience. Their rate for a simple clean for an apartment was 270, they took 2 hours and when I stepped inside, there was dirt still stuck to the floor and debris all over the place. My kitchen sink still had food gunk on it, the counters still had salt on them that I had put there to be sure they cleaned it. When I complained, they asked me if I would be okay paying full price anyway. I said I’d pay a fraction of it, but I really expected them to offer a refund. Would never recommend Cleaning Attack to anyone.
The cleaning was done on time but what happened after that is not okay. They asked me for putting number of bedrooms in the questionnaire and I put the right number of "Bedrooms". The questionnaire did not ask for number of "rooms". But now they want to charge me for office and media room as well saying that they are considered 2 extra bed rooms. The funny thing is that they have cleaned my house before and know how many rooms I have. Yet they are demanding more money for those 2 rooms. I sent them the extra money they are asking for because I don't want that drama. But I'm never using their service again!
This was for a 1-bedroom apartment move out cleaning. Chose them for their responsiveness and competitive rates. They did initially arrive about 20min past, but let me know via text in advance. Once they arrived, they quickly got to work without needing to be prompted. I left them to do their thing while I ran my own errands, and returned to a spotless apartment. Very happy with the job they've done, apartment looks cleaner and smells so much better than when I first moved in! Might consider using their services even for regular home cleaning every now and then. And definitely for future move outs.
I had the team do a deep clean, they did a great job very thorough. And some of the team members took a little extra time in our kids room and the kids really appreciated it..
Wow! What an amazing company to have worked with. They did an exceptional job with cleaning the house. The attention to detail was amazing. The house smelt so nice and clean - every area that was requested was cleaned properly. Not a rushed job. Very professional and very kind. Would definitely recommend this company to others. I will be using them again in the future when needing a cleaning.
Absolutely amazing job cleaning up the house to get ready to sell!
They did an excellent job on a move in cleaning very thorough, efficient, and didn’t waste any time. I will use them again.
Responded in minutes and was able to schedule for later the same day. Good price for the service provided.
Very hard working and professional.
Their team did an excellent job with my move-in clean request…. they had a team of three people and did a thorough job would definitely hire them again.
Ivan did a great job cleaning our couch and was super responsive! I messaged him and he had almost immediately availability and made our couch look brand new.
