Their Customer Service response time is fantastic. The gentleman who came to do the cleaning was polite and efficient, and did great job. He was also respectful of the fact that I had pets and concerned for my kitties’ well-being. I’m very happy with them and I suggest you use them!

Great communication, cleaned up after completed, checked in as I inspected the work.

I couldn't be happier with the service received from Cleaning Llamas! They did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning upholstery and carpets. The results exceeded my expectations, and I was especially impressed by how thorough they were.
while the technician was a pleasant nice guy, my family room was shampooed in less than 15 minutes. he stated my carpet looked great and it just needed a refresh. however, I did have one area that has a bit more traffic. I felt that area just looked dirty even after he cleaned it. so I got out my handheld shampooer and this is what I got out of that spot. See photo. clearly very dirty water and now that spot on my carpet looks great. he also shampooed the staircases and I do think he did a decent job there. however, he wasn't paying attention and pulled the cord and his machine fell down my staircase and gouged the handrail and the wall. so now I have to go buy paint in order to fix it. he was very apologetic. I know he felt bad. and yes I received a $30 discount for the damage but we all know $30 doesn't buy a can of paint. needless to say, I would not use this service again.
I would definitely use this company again they were professional efficient and affordable!
They did a great job on my carpet cleaning! We had a very nice experience working with them :)
While the cleaners did a great job, unfortunately I would not use them again. I sent the exact specs of the couch and they confirmed it was a 5 seat couch and then when onsite they called and upped the price. Unfortunate because the tech did a good job.
Cleaned water damaged carpet. Looks great!
Cleaning Llamas were super responsive, were prompt in giving me a quote that was very reasonable and made the stair carpet in our condo common area that was fairly soiled, completely spotless! Highly recommend them!
