Reached out to him on a Thursday and he came out by Sunday. Quick, effective & efficient. He worked while I did house chores. I have 2 dogs and he completely got any trace of them off of my cream colored couch. Will definitely be working with him again. I also had him wash a rug, thy take it to their facility and do a deep clean and drop it off within 3 days. Will update when we receive it. It’s a west elm rug so as much as I wanted to throw it out and get a new one after our newest rescue decided it was her new potty pad - I couldn’t throw away such an expensive piece. Fingers crossed the stains come out!
