Great job! Would absolutely use them again. I knew my sectional was dirty, but I didn’t realize how much until after it was cleaned. Bravo! Highly recommend. He even cleaned the area rug in front of the couch.

Never calls back. Never picks up the phone. Should just operate via text message if that busy.

Jim and Jim did an amazing job on our rugs, our couch and chair. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to get their rug or furniture stream cleaned. We rescued two puppies that were not potty trained at all and have had a really hard time with training, due to there prior situation. They were able to get not only the stains out of the rugs, but the smell as well.

Jim was quick to respond to our needs, and had flexible availability when we needed him. He was prompt, and very professional, and I liked him when we first met. He is a people person! His workmanship exceeded my expectations. He cleaned my Mom's carpets in an adult community which have not been cleaned in 18 years. The carpets look nearly new! I have no complaints! He was neat, clean, worked hard, and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Jim to anyone who wants a trusted person to help clean their carpets! 10 stars if I could!!!
