I contacted clean space for insulation in my downstairs basement but because a tenant was complaining about insulation. They were so professional because they checked the space and make sure the insulation was there and told me what to do in other to upkeep and maintain it. Thank you clean space.
The workmen were right there in their time window. The owner was great to communicate with. I am very happy with the clean-up and critter guards around my solar panels.
Had a few quotes from a couple companies. Clean space shot is straight and told us we didn't need the "add ons" the other companies were saying we needed. Saved a ton of money with them. They came out quickly and completed the job. Very clean and explained everything to me and my father before we signed anything.
These guys were awesome. Great communication skills; professional in all aspects. They did an amazing job and we'd highly recommend them. They cleaned out bags of insulation and wood we didn't know was under the old insulation. It's just amazing now. And there was no residual mess!!!!
Team was very easy to contact and work with. Photos and progress were given every step of the way as well as details about what they would be doing in the first place. Would highly recommend.
CleanSpaceUSA took care of a delicate situation for me and my family. They came to our rescue when a raccoon was discovered living in our attic. It was a messy job, but Michael handled it professionally. He was easy to work with and explained everything in detail. He answered all of my questions. And I appreciate how he walked me through each step, documenting with pictures along the way. They thoroughly cleared out our attic space, sealed up the area where the raccoon got in and replaced the old insulation with new insulation. It looks so much better now. If ever we had another rodent problem, God forbid, we will call CleanSpaceUSA.
I am so pleased to recommend CleanSpace USA. Michael was fantastic. He was very thorough in checking the exterior and interior region of our home for the mice issue we were having. His pricing was affordable, his ability to schedule prompt service was excellent. I would recommend his services without hesitation.
THIS is the best safety investment that we did for our new house and our family! We just bought a house (made in 1955) and the inspector told us we should definitely look into getting new insulation. These guys came over to assess and was able to tell us that not only hasn’t the insulation not been changed since 1955 but there was also evidence of pests (mice and dead birds) in the attic and basement. As a 9 month pregnant stressed and skeeved out mom I wanted to be rid of any potential pests new and old from living rent free in our new house. They calmly explained to us that they would be able to take out the old insulation, vacuum clean the area, seal off any potential entrance routes with cement in the basement and roof as well as seal any access points from the exterior of the house, bleach clean the area so it doesn’t attract new pests to the area, and install new insulation. They took pics every step of the way, double bagged the waste, lined with plastic and vacuumed afterward their route into and out of the house, and they made sure we gave approval after fully cleaning the roof and basement before installing new insulation. They also were able to vacuum clean and discard any belongings the previous owner left in the attic space in the garage. They were so calm and professional about every step and everything they did. I love that they sent so many pictures and videos of their progress. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Now I can sleep well at night knowing our new home is safe. If there’s one thing everyone should do for their home- new and old- it is this! Highly recommend!
Michael was a pleasure to work with and was quick to assess the root cause of the problem and solution. He was very professional on time, and great value. I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
I'm thrilled with the attic insulation job done by CleanSpaceUSA. The team was punctual, courteous, and demonstrated excellent expertise. The insulation has made a significant difference in maintaining a comfortable temperature in my home. I appreciate their thorough work and would certainly recommend them for their professionalism and quality service.
I recently hired Clean Space USA to address a squirrel issue in my crawlspace, and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, they were professional and efficient. The team not only removed the squirrels but also sealed off potential entry points to prevent future infestations. The price was fair, and the work was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for their expertise in humane and effective squirrel removal. A job well done!
Definitely recommend cleanspace for your needs. Punctual, clean, fair, honest, great work.
Mike is amazing. I needed my crawlspace insulation removed and replaced plus I was having issues with mice getting in. I had 3 different estimates and Mike was not the cheapest but, hey if you want cheap sometimes that is what up you get. I choose Mike for his work integrity, knowledge of his profession, his quick response to my concerns or questions. He was upfront and honest. If I did not need to have it done he told me that. His team and himself came out, they removed and replaced the insulation, vacuumed debris and rodent waste, disinfected the area to kill bacteria and rid my crawlspace of animal scent which attracts rodents. They also sealed any gaps interior and exterior to prevent rodents from returning. I have to say, now that the work is completed I am so glad I went with Mike and his company CleanSpaceUSA. Thank you Mike, I wish you continued success.
My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Mike and his company! They were professional, punctual, fairly priced, informative, honest people and good workers, and soooo much more! I’m hoping we don’t have anymore pest issues (which I’m sure we won’t because their work quality is top tier) but if we do our first and only call is clean space! If you aren’t using clean space you’re doing it wrong.
Great experience with Cleanspace. They did great work and I would definitely hire them again.
The team did great work on my attic! I had a rodent problem and they sealed the holes, tore up the old insulation, cleaned, and installed new installation. Super responsive and punctual. Very thorough.
