Remote landlord here hired them to clean tenant's dryer vent. $169 was the quoted, agreed, and confirmed price. They had to tag on an extra $51 for taking apart/putting back some vent ducts. How can this not be included in the price? I couldn't argue because I wasn't physically there. Unless you want to take advantage of clients, which many shady contractors found on this website do, perform the job at the agreed price!!

Jesus did a wonderful job with cleaning our air vents. There was a lot of old fiberglass on the air inlet box that he removed safely. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I wanted my chimney cleaned but was a little put off when I was offered a higher price for a more thorough cleaning. I don't understand the difference. Also, I was disappointed that there is not a standard of cleaning the fireplace area when finished. Actually one would think that they would have just covered it with plastic before they started, especially because it smelled bad in the houseJThe man was nice though.
A well-run family business is the icing on the cake. We recently had a new furnace put in but everything else is as old as the home (approx 50 years). My husband had a cough he couldn't kick and we were suspicious of the vents - only being here a few months since summer, we were not sure how often, if ever, the vents were cleaned. MAN. It was filthy! So much dust/mites their vacuum tube kept getting clogged. Couldn't believe what we were breathing! It was gratifying to have the pictures and video images to see what we suspected. It built confidence for us as customers to not only have "hearsay" about the conditions. Father and son came in and got the job done efficiently and we appreciated them sharing knowledge on the who's, what's and why's along the way. Plus they were good with our big boy puppy :-) We'll be calling on them to help out my mother-in-law shortly.
For me punctuality is king.
