I hired clear blue to replace a motor which they did. I was not happy with the results, which was partially my fault. Clear blue went out of their way to make me happy and I appreciate their professionalism and recommend them highly.
While the work was done promptly and correctly, I felt the initial charge was costly for the repair. By accident, the tech left the box the part came in which allowed me to check online for the price. As a result, I found the price of that part was much lower than I was quoted. I then called Matt at the pool company to inquire about the excessive charge. He was apologetic but needed to check with the tech. He found that the charge given to me was in error and he reduced the charge substantially. The treatment I received was very professional and was immediate in his response to refunding a portion of the initial charge.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and knowledge of these guys! I called in concerned about my aalt water system and with out even seeing it they were able to diagnose what was going on. Came out with in 48 hours and resolved it instantly! Won’t hesitate to call them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
