The guys were great. Got here, replaced my well pump and tank and cleaned up. Very professional.
Good experience.
Rantz and his team did a great job. They arrived on time and did a proper installation of water heater, answered all my questions and concerns and made sure we were satisfied with the installation. Thanks!
This company is amazing. They are very honest with what needs to be done. I love dealing with them!
I had a very bad experience with this company. They came to change a shower spout, but during the work they spilled water into the next room, causing flooding. The water even seeped through the ceiling into the living room. Instead of addressing the issue, they left the home without cleaning up or even informing me about the damage. On top of that, they initially quoted me that parts were covered. But on the day of service, they suddenly claimed it would cost extra for parts and charged me additional money. When I contacted them afterward about the flooding, rather than taking responsibility, they blamed everything on “faulty brand new parts.” There was no ownership of their mistakes, no apology, and no attempt to fix the damage they caused. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
John and his partner came on time. Did great job with the water softener installation. They were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my question. Definitely recommend them for other and sure to them for future needs as well.
