poor communication from this company. had issues with install when we found trapped pebbles/debris under the liner but he never followed up. I would say the project was done within time constraints, that's a plus but they need to work on their communication skills. Will not use again.

These guys were awesome!! they came out and vacuumed our pool and fixed one of the drains that was clogged up making it hard for me to vacuum the pool myself. They told me what chemicals to put into the pool before they returned a few days later. We will definitely call them again if we ever have any pool issues. I would highly recommend Clearwater Pool Services to anyone.

Dennis was very excellent in how he treated me. He accessed the problem over the phone on 2 different conversations and was able to talk and walk me through the situation without having to come out. He gave me free advice on doing it myself.

He came out and got my pool pump running after I had already had someone else come look at it. He informed me of what I needed to do to get my pool clear and it worked perfectly. I will def recommend him to family and friends and will only use him for my pool going forward.
I recently moved into a new home and discovered a leak in the pool. Not knowing for sure where the problem lies, I posted my project for pool repair at the suggestion of my mom. Only 2 pros were suggested and I submitted my project to both. At my surprise, Clear Water reached out to me and offered to come take a look. He was NOT one of the pros that was suggested and repair is not his specialty; yet he still took the time to reach out, schedule a time to come by, and actually showed up! I have never gotten one reply from either of the pros I submitted to and it's now been a week. Not only did Clear Water go out of his way to contact me when noone else would, he was prompt, very polite, and had some good suggestions. This is my first pool and I'm completely clueless. No, the leak is not repaired but I now have a better idea of where to go from here. Even though he wasn't the right fit for my specific project, I thoroughly appreciate all he did and would highly recommend Clear Water.
