He was on time, polite and worked quickly and thoroughly.
My experience with this company was too notch. The technician, Forrest, communicated quickly and clearly when an unforeseen complication arose, priced it in fairly and made sure I was happy with everything he had done. I will absolutely be using this company again. It gave me a great feeling of security to know that I have them in my phone roster of trusted companies. I am very happy!
I had an unexpected dryer vent blockage with my new dryer. They were able to come out the same day, which was extremely helpful. Forrest was very professional and kept me updated on his arrival time. I highly recommend ClearPro Property Services.
Forrest was extremely responsive in the competitive quoting process. He was timely and clear in what services would be provided. He was punctual to the appointment and spent time explaining the process. The total time was right at the estimated duration. He was professional, polite, and thorough. I would definitely use his services again.
Extremely nice and easy to work with! He left things looking better than he found them!
Prompt, professional, and very thorough! Clear Pro did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent, were honest about what needed to be done, and didn't try to upsell anything. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Clear Pro for vent cleaning!
Forrest was promptly on time and did the task quickly and efficiently!
Forrest came out the very morning after I requested an appointment- He worked quickly and thoroughly to clear our dryer vent and several bathroom exhaust fans- He’s very knowledgeable, professional and personable- Prices given upfront and very reasonable. We will definitely call on him for other home maintenance services too.
Service was super quick and the technician was great!
So glad I found Clear Pro Property! Forrest came out the same day, was super professional, and did an amazing job. Communication was on point, service was fast, and the price was great! Already planning to call them again next year—highly recommend!

Flexible, quick, and easy to work with. Appreciate Forrest coming out!
Forrest did an awesome job on our fireplace / chimney! We were nervous about the winter storm on the way and wanted to be sure our fireplace could be used if need be. He responded super quickly with a time he could come out and left the surrounding space cleaner than it was before he came out! Very happy with his work and will use his services in the future!
Forest was extremely kind and helpful. I feel safe knowing he’s a firefighter and checked to make sure our firebox was in good order. He was very clean and this was a messy job. I will be recommending this company to any and everyone!
These guys were great. They were responsive, courteous and extremely effective and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Definitely would endorse!
Forrest did a great job on the chimney/fireplace.He arrived on time, was very friendly and did a thorough clean-up with the equipment he brought. Now I'm looking forward to using the fireplace to keep warm this winter!
Great job& reasonably price!!
Great service!! Friendly, communicative and professional. Would recommend and will use again!
Highly recommend! I live in a small condo and ClearVents was able to knock out my ductwork and dryer vent in about an hour. I feel so much safer knowing my dryer vent is clean and am so glad all the dust I’ve been breathing in through my ductwork is gone. Hoping it’ll bring my energy bill down some too!
